For the 55th anniversary, in Spanish it is called "55 Aniversario", from Cohiba Habanos s.a. presented several new formats of the top Habanos brand.
One of them is the COHIBA 55 ANIVERSARIO of the EDICIÓN LIMITADA 2021. With an impressive ring gauge of 57, the 150 mm long format spoils Habanos lovers for a short time with complex and full-bodied aromas. The production name of the 55 Aniversario is "Victoria" which means "victory" in German and it was specially developed for this limited edition.
Just like the legendary "Lancero" format of the Cohiba Línea Clásica or the three formats of the super premium line Behike, it has the characteristic braid on the mouthpiece. The Cohiba Talismán, the extremely successful format of the Edición Limitada 2017, also had it.
The tobacco blend is characterized by a complex and aromatic blend, but, as is usual for the cigars of the Edición Limitada, consists exclusively of tobaccos that have matured for at least two years. With its majestic format, the Cohiba 55 Aniversario offers connoisseurs maximum cigar enjoyment for very special moments.
It is sold in lacquered boxes of 10. For the first time, Habanos s.a. also uses a third ring at the base of the cigar with this cigar, which bears a special logo for Cohiba's 55th anniversary.
For the production of the Ediciónes Limitadas, only tobaccos that have matured for at least two years are used for the insert, binder and wrapper, which come from the best Vegas Finas de Primera from the world-famous Vuelta Abajo region. Only very special Habanos torcedores with extensive experience are selected to roll these limited edition cigars.
