CAO Thunder Smoke is the first cigar in the CAO family, whose filler consists of 100% African tobacco.
It was named after the Victoria Falls, a waterfall in Zimbabwe, near which part of the insert taboo was added. The waterfall is known in the local language "Mosi-Oa-Tunya", which means "The Smoke, which thunders". The other tobaccos of the deposit come from South Africa and Cameroon.
The rest of the five-country mixture consists of a Honduran Olancho San Augustin wrapper and a Mexican San Andrés binder.
