The Benjamin series was dedicated to company founder Benjam Barling. On the occasion of the world exhibition in 1851 he won the highest awards at the international exhibition in London for his silver work on a pipe set. As a result, he gained worldwide attention. He marked the work he carried out with his initials BB. The motif of Benjamin, which adorns the silver ring, also shows a watchtower and two crossed swords in a laurel wreath. 1812 stands for the founding year, 925 for the purity of the sterling silver.
