Trinidad Vigia

The name "Vigía" means "watchtower" in English and, like the production name "Torres", is reminiscent of the towers of the city of Trinidad on the south coast of Cuba, founded in the 16th century and recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The imposing watchtowers were important in earlier times to monitor the sugar cane fields that made the city rich and famous. With the Vigía, Habanos S.A. the Trinidad brand has now been supplemented with a trendy Robusto format, after the Robusto Extra and Robusto T had been discontinued a few years ago.
The fine blend of the compact long filler, which, like all Trinidad formats, is rolled exclusively in the Francisco Donatién cigar factory in the city of Pinar del Rio, is also excellent.
