John Graham's territory was Port Royal in Jamaica. When we think of Jamaica, we immediately think of sugar cane and highly aromatic coconuts. We immediately took advantage of both and gave the graham a large portion of coconut. A sweet-tart blackberry aroma is masterfully accompanied by the sweetness of cane sugar.
