71 Aniversario: really robust sungrown notes through most of the cigar and finished super well balanced of ECU, SA, and DR, a tad expensive but worth trying, construction was superb
Very good value for money. Smooth, mild and full of aroma. One of my favourites. I read somewhere that president Nixon smoked these cigars. I would recommend them for those who do not like strong ones.
A lovely cigar if you get a good one. Unfortunately the consistency is not there... I bought a box of 20. There were probably 2 or 3 that were good. Most of them were unsmokable. The draw was too tight and lots of inconsistent burns. I took one apart and the cigar was full of stems and twigs. In the good ones I found a pleasant first third with a bit of not unwelcome bitterness in the second third. Leathery walnut notes with some dark chocolate undertones. Black pepper and a hint of bay on the retro hale. Consistency fucked it up unfortunately 🙄
